At CZ Optimization and Coaching, I specialize in online health and fitness Optimization, focusing on those in their 40s and beyond.  I transform desk and video conference bound executives and other overworked professionals into the Optimized Humans you deserve to be.  

 

I understand your journey!  At 38 I was 230lbs with a 40" waist and little muscle to speak of.  I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol.  I was fed up and had to change.  

 

Now, I'm 54, 220lbs at 9% body fat training for an amateur bodybuilding competition later this year.  I"m training to compete between 210 and 215lbs and 5% body fat.

I've weight trained since college, both enhanced and natural, and understand how to optimize limited time in the gym to achieve maximal results.

​In addition, across over 10 years of cycling, I've road cycled over 40 "centuries" (rides over 100 miles) including 2- 9 day / 1000 mile epic trips across Britain and 5 days across the French Alps. ​
