Refund Policy

Refund Policy (CZ Optimization and Coaching LLC)

Effective date: March 21, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through czoptimization.com for coaching services, packages, memberships, and digital materials (“Services”).

 

1) All sales final (no refunds)

All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Lack of perceived results

  • Unused sessions, unused package value, or unused membership time

This policy is designed to protect scheduled time, reserved capacity, and immediately-available coaching resources.

 

2) What we will do instead (credits / rescheduling)

In many cases, we may offer (at our sole discretion):

  • A reschedule for a missed or canceled session if 24 hour or more notice was provided, or

  • A credit toward a future session if a reschedule is not feasible

 

3) Session packages (e.g., 5-Session Package)

  • Packages are non-refundable.

  • Sessions must be used within the stated validity period at purchase (e.g., 12 months).

  • Expired sessions are forfeited (unless we choose to extend in writing).

 

4) Memberships (e.g., Yearly Membership)

  • Membership purchases are non-refundable, including for unused months or unused messaging access.

  • If you have a subscription that renews automatically (if enabled), you may cancel future renewal in your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid.

 

5) Company rescheduling / cancellation

If we must cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule or a credit. If we cannot reasonably provide the purchased service due to our cancellation and rescheduling is not feasible, we may offer a refund or partial refund at our discretion.

 

6) Billing errors and unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount) or a charge is unauthorized, contact info@czoptimization.com within 7 days of the charge. If verified, we will correct the error (including issuing a refund where appropriate).

 

7) “As required by law”

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under applicable law. If a law provides a non-waivable right to cancellation or refund that applies to your purchase, we will comply with that law. Nevada law also emphasizes transparency and prohibits deceptive trade practices.
